The Brave Explorers (Ages 7–10)
A playful, trauma-informed group designed to help kids name their feelings, build calming tools, and grow emotional courage. Led by Michael Hickman (FNP-BC, QMP) and children’s author Annie Hickman, this 5-week group blends clinical support with creative expression in a safe, supportive setting.
