Ricky Sauque is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience helping individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. He has worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, supporting those facing mental health concerns, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Ricky believes everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, heard, and supported. He takes a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy and strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients can build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward healing and lasting well-being.
