Patients can submit their requests online in a HIPAA-protected form, helping to ensure that you never run out of your necessary medications. (We recommend sending medication refill requests five days before meds run out.)

We’ve introduced a Medication Management Form to better track adverse side effects and check that your treatment is on track. Understanding and reporting side effects is crucial to your care. Our Medication Management Form allows patients to document any side effects they may be experiencing. This feature enables you to provide updates on your medication regimen and will help us monitor your health more effectively and make necessary adjustments to your treatment.
For those times when life doesn’t go as planned, our new opt-in feature for last-minute appointments will allow patients to receive notifications when there are openings. This flexibility can help you access care when you need it most.
